Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all clients, at least 12 hours notice is requested for any cancellations or changes to an appointment.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.
